Creating play and recreational areas in Kent, London and the South East for over 30 years.
Turning your aspirations into realities

Design at Playcubed is all about you - it’s your vision, your project, your budget. We ensure the results you desire are achieved.

Working in close collaboration with both school staff and children we define the features, functions and activities you want your play space to promote. Using our years of expertise we then develop our designs to provide maximum learning and play value to deliver your vision.
Visualise your area with stunning 3D playground designs

At Playcubed we have our own in-house design studio. This is where our dedicated team of talented playground designers use the latest CAD technology to build your play area exactly as it will appear on completion. With years of experience, a detailed knowledge of play safety guidelines and genuine design flair, these truly remarkable 3D visuals bring your area to life. We create 3D visuals free of charge with every quotation.
Bringing play within reach of everyone

We believe everyone should be able to enjoy our playgrounds. That’s why we design them so children of all ages and abilities can enjoy our creations, including those with specific physical and educational needs.

The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) is a legal requirement in the United Kingdom that deems it unlawful for any service provider to discriminate against persons with disabilities. Playcubed wholeheartedly endorses these requirements and is committed to making play spaces usable for all.

All teaching staff in schools are responsible to provide for pupils with SEN and/or disabilities. Schools must address their various DDA duties together in a way that brings greater benefits to disabled pupils, staff, parents and other users of the school. We have enjoyed working with so many Special Schools and have achieved some amazing play and learning areas together.

SPECIAL AND SEN
Our process explained
From initial contact to the completed project, you’ll find our friendly, knowledgeable team approachable and a pleasure to work with.

1 - Get in touch
Contact us with your enquiry. It’s helpful if you can provide us with an overview at this stage. We’ll be in touch
2 - Appointment
Following a call, we will schedule and confirm a convenient time for an appointment with one of our playground advisors. This will be the time for you to tell us what you want from your project.
3 - Consultation
At this stage, we’ll meet to talk about your ideas and to discuss timescales and budget. Your playground advisor will provide professional advice and recommendations.
4 - Design and proposal
Your playground advisor then reviews your project with our design team, who will create realistic designs that fit your vision and budget exactly. Team reviews ensure all aspects of the brief have been covered.
8 - Aftercare
Following your installation, our aftercare service ensures safety and compliance. We provide industry leading guarantees for your complete peace of mind.
7 - Installation
Now we turn the concept into reality. We work to minimise disruption, scheduling around your school schedule. We will keep in close contact, with regular progress updates and onsite review meetings.
6 - Pre-contract meeting
Once the final design and cost has been agreed, we will visit you to discuss work programs, health & safety and agree access points and times. A dedicated project manager will take ownership of this project, giving you a single point of contact.
5 - Presentation
Now for the fun part! Your playground advisor will present our proposal to you. This will include the design visuals, clear pricing and all relevant information before we move forward.
Playground testimonials
"We really appreciate the way you involved the children in designing it, and how you worked up to the last minute to get the structures and planting just right for the grand opening."
