Playcubed has partnered with leading street furniture manufacturer Furnitubes to offer a complete supply, installation and maintenance service for the popular Uniun modular seating and planting system.
Uniun is a unique design concept which combines a clever trapezoidal planter module with integrated hardwood seating. It offers incredible versatility for blending nature with functionality by enabling green learning spaces, breakout areas and growing gardens to be created in virtually any outdoor space in your school.
When fitted with the Iroko hardwood seat a single module can accommodate up to 5 young children comfortably. The durable polythene units are freestanding, with bolt-down fixing available if required. The sturdy units are more than capable of withstanding the high demands of a school playground.
Making the most of your space
The unique shape of the Uniun module means it is highly adaptable and can be combined to achieve hundreds of layouts.
It can be used in isolation, in small clusters or grouped together to create large seating configurations. This enables it to adapt to any space in your school and serve a wide range of purposes. It can be used to create outdoor learning spaces, vegetable gardens or just to create an attractive area for pupils to enjoy eating outside.
