About the Collection
Our outdoor gyms are an excellent investment in the health and well-being of residents, encouraging regular exercise outdoors and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Each piece of equipment is designed with safety, durability, and training effectiveness in mind, offering a wide range of exercises for people of all ages and fitness levels. The equipment is available in two versions: mounted on a pylon or freestanding.
About the Equipment
Exercises performed using the Tai Chi wheel help improve the functioning of the wrist, elbow, and shoulder joints. They also enhance the cardiovascular system, strengthen the spine, improve overall physical condition, increase shoulder joint mobility, and promote visual-motor coordination.
To properly perform the exercise, stand straight in front of the device, grip the handle with one hand, and rotate the wheel, varying the speed and direction of the movement, while occasionally switching the exercising hand.
The device requires mounting to a pylon, which is available separately. A standalone version is also available, eliminating the need for mounting to a pylon.
