The EYFS staff were passionate about providing a highly engaging sensory outdoor environment for their pupils. The existing play area consisted of old equipment that as a result offered little stimulation. Bedelsford School asked Playcubed to propose a truly bespoke SEN & Inclusive play and also learning area for these children.

Our team of advisors and designers created as well as installed a very special play area. Sensory planting, water features, music and sound zones were all brought together with a flowing blend of varied soft alongside tactile surfaces. This SEN & Inclusive playground project was carried out during term time, with minimal disruption to the school schedule.
